We are a small Seoul practice that reads subscription activity with product teams — carefully, in plain language, without selling them another reporting product.
Why we exist
Subscription products in Korea and abroad often hold rich application analytics and still argue about what “retained” means. Software App Hub started to give those teams an outside reading of renewals, pauses, cancels, and cohort survival — grounded in the events they already collect.
We work from Wolgye in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and meet clients across the city or remotely when teams are distributed.
How we approach the work
- Start from billing and activity events, not from slide templates
- Separate pauses, grace retries, and true cancels before drawing conclusions
- Write findings a non-analyst stakeholder can follow
- Leave measurement priorities, not a vendor shortlist disguised as advice
