Services
Software App Hub provides professional consultation and review services concerning application analytics for subscription activity and user retention. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate engagement confirmation or statement of work will define scope, fees, and deliverables for paid work.
No professional guarantees beyond the statement of work
Findings reflect the data and access you provide within the agreed window. We do not guarantee specific retention outcomes, revenue results, or investor outcomes.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of Software App Hub unless otherwise stated. Deliverables created for a client under an engagement are licensed for the client’s internal use as described in that engagement. You may not republish our site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Software App Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the statement of work, and otherwise to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
