Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid professional consultations from Software App Hub (audits, reviews, consultations, and health checks). This site does not sell physical goods or software licenses.

Eligibility and timeframe

If you cancel in writing before the scheduled kickoff and before we have begun substantive review work, you may request a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, less any non-refundable third-party booking costs we disclosed in advance (if any).

Partial refunds

If work has started — for example, discovery completed or data intake begun — we may issue a partial refund reflecting completed stages. Typical guide:

• After discovery only: up to 70% of the engagement fee may be refundable
• After working sessions have begun: up to 40% may be refundable at our discretion based on hours already spent
• After a draft findings memo has been delivered: fees for completed stages are non-refundable

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already provided to you
• Scheduled sessions you missed without at least 24 hours’ notice (no-shows), unless we agree to reschedule
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in a statement of work after kickoff has occurred

Rescheduling

You may reschedule working sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to mutual availability. Repeated last-minute reschedules may be treated as cancellation of those session slots.

Work already started and materials

Time spent reviewing your exports, preparing cohort sketches, or drafting memos counts as work already started. We do not refund for client-provided data preparation on your side.

How to request a refund

Email contact@softwareapphub.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred contact number. We aim to confirm the outcome within ten business days (KST).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible within fourteen business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay beyond our control.

Cancellations by Software App Hub

If we must cancel an engagement for reasons on our side and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for undelivered work.
